Short Shots are the middle ground between pre-made e Liquid and DIY e Liquid. Each Short Shot contains enough flavour concentrate to make 250ml of E Liquid. All you need to do is add your desired nicotine shots, VG & PG.
Sweetener free means there has been no added sucralose sweetener added to the flavour / e liquid. The e liquid may have naturally occurring sweeteners from the concentrates however it is very rare for sucralose specifically to be contained in a flavour concentrate, whereas ethyl maltol is much more common (especially in flavours such as strawberry).
