Delivery Information

All orders made on the Vapour Depot website will be subject to delivery costs, unless you meet the criteria for free shipping.

Please be aware the following is our standard delivery information and does not take into account the festive season.

Working Days:

When we refer to working days, these are the days in which orders are processed and dispatched. Our orders are processed Monday to Friday, not including Bank Holidays. No orders are dispatched on Saturdays or Sundays.

Processing Times:

Most items are dispatched same day if ordered before our cutoff of 2pm Monday – Friday.

However, processing days vary depending on products purchased, each product page contains a stock message which further advises how long expected processing times will be for that item. 

Please note that during busy periods such as Easter / Christmas processing times may be longer than usual, if this is the case a message will show this at the basket and checkout stage.

UK Delivery Charges:

  • Royal Mail 48: £3.00 (Free on orders £20+)
  • Royal Mail 24: £3.75
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: £4.00
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.50 (service availability subject to product selection)
  • DPD Local: £4.50 (service availability subject to product selection)

Delivery Times:

  • Royal Mail 48: 2 – 5 working days
  • Royal Mail 24: 1 – 2 working days
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1 – 2 working days
  • DPD 2 Day: Starting from 2 working days
  • DPD Next Day: 1 working day (does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays, however you may have the option to pay an additional fee directly to DPD Local for Saturday or Sunday delivery).

Split Package & Large Orders

On some larger orders, we may split your orders into two packages (or your items may ship from two of our locations depending on stock). In this situation you will only be charged one shipping fee.

EU & International Delivery:

We currently ship to the following countries:

Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark*, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Grenada, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Isle of Man, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Russia*, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Ukraine, USA, Vatican.

*Please note we no longer ship to Russia or Denmark.

Although we ship to all the countries mentioned above, there may be some restrictions on certain products.

International shipping is based on dynamic postage rates obtained through Royal Mail & UPS based on the combined weight of products ordered.

Royal Mail: There are a possible 4 postage options, dependant on the country of receipt. The weight limit for most countries via Royal Mail is 2KG, if the products ordered exceed the package weight limit then Royal Mail will not be a selectable option.

UPS: There are 2 possible UPS options, dependant on the country of receipt. The weight limits for UPS will usually far exceed the possible weight of a retail parcel, therefore most countries should be offered fair shipping costs even for very heavy parcels.

Parcels heading to Europe should arrive in 5 – 10 working days in most cases.

For countries outside of Europe, parcels should take 7 – 14 working days in most cases.

We reserve the right to remove or add shipping locations at any time.

Returned / Rejected Packages:

In some circumstances packages may be returned to us or rejected by the destination country. Reasons can include:

  • Customs Rejection
  • Incorrect / Incomplete Address
  • Packages not collected from Mail Centre
  • Non payment of importation fees

If a package is returned to as it could not be delivered, we cannot provide refunds or re-shipments until the new
inal package has arrived with us. At this point we can arrange a re-shipment (subject to shipment fee) or alternatively a refund. If you choose to have a refund, this is the new
inal order total, minus the delivery charge and minus any return shipping costs we have have been charged by the carrier. Should the package be destroyed due to non payment of importation fees or customs seizure, no refund would be due.

Delivery to a non Residential address:

We will send your order to the address stated under the shipping address of your order. If you have chosen for the goods to be sent/shipped to a non Residential address (such as a work address or a public locker) then this is solely at the risk of the customer. Riverside Distribution Ltd T/A Vapour Depot will not be held liable for any missing packages delivered to a non Residential address, once delivery confirmation has been obtained from Royal Mail (or any other shipping provider used).

Usage of Mail Forwarders:

Riverside Distribution Ltd T/A Vapour Depot reserve the right to cancel any orders using mail forwarding services.


If you place an order which is for a pre-release product or an out of stock item, which we are taking back-orders for, the full cost will be taken at point of checkout. All products ordered will be sent once all items are in stock and not split over multiple shipments. Will provide communications to keep you informed while your order is outstanding.

Customs and Importation:

If you are ordering from outside the UK, you will be liable for customs and/or importation fees. These fees are completely out of our control and are set by your Country’s Government. Any fees relating to importation of goods are solely at the customers expense and Vapour Depot are not liable for any of these charges.

We regularly check the rules and laws for different countries, however because we allow shipping to a country does not necessarily mean that the products that you have purchased are legal in your country of residence. We assume, that before you place an order, you know which laws apply to the goods you are purchasing and you are complying with said laws.

Finally, any goods which are refused by your Country’s customs/import department will only be refunded once they are received back to us, less the postage costs which were applied to your order and any additional fees we may have been charged by the carrier. Additionally, if any of the goods have been opened or damaged then a surcharge may be deducted from your refund.

What to do if you do not receive your order:

Please understand that some courier/postage delays are out of our control and that we continuously monitor the reliability of the delivery companies that we use so that we can provide the best service for our customers.


For all orders in the UK, Royal Mail can only start an investigation into lost parcels 10 working days after the due date of the parcel. 

Royal Mail 24 – 12 working days after dispatch.

Royal Mail 48 – 14 working days after dispatch.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – 8 working days after dispatch.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – 9 working days after dispatch. 

DPD 2 Day: 4 days after dispatch

DPD Next Day: 3 days after dispatch

For all Royal Mail International orders, the following applies:

European Orders – 25 working days after dispatch.

All other destinations: 32 working days after dispatch. 

If you have not received your order in this time, please contact our support team who will raise the claim with Royal Mail directly and arrange for your order to be re-shipped. 

We are unable to cancel or make changes to any orders that have already been dispatched.
