Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day.
We don’t dispatch on weekends or Bank Holidays.
Each product page includes a live stock status and estimated dispatch time.
During busy periods (e.g. Christmas or Easter), dispatch times may be longer.
Any delays will be shown at checkout.
If we need to close a warehouse temporarily, we’ll give at least 2 weeks’ notice on our site.
UK Delivery Options & Charges
Delivery options may vary depending on where your items are being dispatched from.
- Royal Mail 48 – £3.60 (Free on orders over £25)
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £4.00
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £5.00
- Evri Next Day – £5.00
- DPD Express – £6.00
Some services may not be available in certain locations.
Shipping to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or other remote areas may vary slightly in price or delivery time.
Delivery Timescales
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Royal Mail 48: 2–5 working days
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 working days
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: Next working day (not guaranteed)
- Evri Next Day: Next working day
- DPD Express: Next working day
Split Packages & Warehouse Locations
We ship from several UK warehouses.
If your order contains multiple items, it may arrive in more than one package.
You will only be charged one delivery fee.
International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide.
Current list includes:

We do not currently ship to:
USA, Denmark, Russia, India, Republic of Ireland
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on parcel weight.
All international orders are VAT-free.
Delivery aims:
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- Rest of World: 7–14 working days
We reserve the right to change the countries we ship to at any time.
Customs & Import Fees
If you’re outside the UK, your local customs office may apply import duties or fees.
These are not included in your order total and are your responsibility.
We have no control over these charges and cannot pre-pay them.
Make sure the items you’re ordering are legal in your country.
We do not refund or replace parcels that are seized or destroyed by customs.
If a parcel is refused and returned, we will issue a refund minus:
- The original delivery cost
- Any fees charged by the courier
- Any deductions for damaged or opened items

Rejected or Returned Deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us (UK or international), it’s usually for one of the following reasons:
- Incorrect/incomplete address
- Refused by recipient
- Not collected from the local mail centre
- Unpaid customs/import charges
UK Orders
If the order is returned to us undamaged and complete, we will issue a full refund.
International Orders
Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
We may also deduct any carrier charges we’ve been billed for the return.
We don’t automatically resend or refund returned parcels.
If your order is returned, contact us to request a reship (subject to new delivery fee) or refund.

Non-Residential Delivery Addresses
If you choose to send your order to a non-residential address (e.g. workplace or parcel locker), you do so at your own risk.
Once delivery is confirmed by the courier, we are not liable for missing items delivered to these locations.
Mail Forwarding Services
We reserve the right to cancel any order placed using a mail forwarding company.
We do not support shipping to these services.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If you place an order for a pre-order or out-of-stock item, full payment is taken at checkout.
The order will be held until all items are in stock and shipped together.
You’ll be kept updated while waiting.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include a photo of the packaging and contents so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
Tracking Info
If you selected a tracked shipping method, you’ll usually receive your tracking number by email once your order ships.
If you entered a mobile number at checkout, some carriers will send tracking updates by SMS instead.
In some cases, tracking may not be immediately available.
Missing Orders
Some deliveries may take longer than expected due to courier delays.

UK Orders
- Royal Mail 48 – 14 working days after dispatch
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 – 9 working days
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 – 8 working days
- DPD – 3 working days
- Evri – 3 working days
International Orders
- Europe – 25 working days after dispatch
- Rest of World – 32 working days
Once this time has passed, contact our support team to investigate.
Final Notes
Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
We dispatch orders based on what you provide at checkout – we do not pull address data from the payment provider.
