Typographical Errors

Vapour Depot reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your debit card or credit card charged, or any other payment method taken. If your debit card, credit card or other chosen payment method has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Riverside Distribution Ltd T/A Vapour Depot shall issue a credit to your credit card, debit card or other payment method account in the amount of the incorrect price.

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon you accessing the site and/or completing the registration, shopping process or completing checkout. Minor Compliance

Riverside Distribution Ltd T/A Vapour Depot will not sell any tobacco/nicotine/vaping related products to anyone under the age of 18, nor will it sell tobacco products themselves. If we suspect you are under the age of 18, Riverside Distribution Ltd T/A Vapour Depot reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a full refund (minus any costs incurred for administration). If you are under the age of 18, you are breaking our terms of service and legal terms by attempting to place an order with Riverside Distribution Ltd T/A Vapour Depot. Returns/Refunds

Purchases made from the Riverside Distribution Ltd T/A Vapour Depot website are covered under the distance selling regulations. Specific information can be found on the Returns & Refunds page, including information on how to cancel.

Warranty

All parts covered under the 14 day period will be replaced once they have been shipped back to Vapour Depot at the purchasers expense. This 14 day warranty starts at the time the order is placed. This warranty is to cover items from be D.O.A. or from premature failure. Please note this does not include glass that was not broken in transit. All items deemed to be Damaged from misuse will not be covered under the warranty, and may be returned to the customer at their own expense. Please note that atomisers, cartomisers and clearomisers have a limited lifespan. Most will get 1 – 2 months usage, however this can vary with factors not limited to frequency used and how often the device is cleaned. Riverside Distribution Ltd T/A Vapour Depot will offer the 14 days warranty on these products to ensure the item is not defective at point of purchase. Similarly, leaking or exhausted batteries will not be covered outside of the 14 day warranty period.

Devices Warranty (Mods, boxes, tube with built in batteries, kits not including atomisers/tank/accessories): In the event a device stops working, we offer a 6 months warranty on our products (with exceptions that can be found below). The customer is expected to return the device to us at their own cost and Riverside Distribution Ltd T/A Vapour Depot will examine the device. If a fault can be found / duplicated the device will be repaired (or if a repair is not possible, a like for like replacement provided). This warranty does not cover any faults incurred by incorrect use of the device, liquid damage or physical damage to the device.

Liquids (Shortfill e Liquid, Nicotine salt e Liquid, Concentrates, PG, VG or any other liquid based product): Eliquid cannot be returned under any circumstances. If an incorrect liquid has been shipped to you, please get in touch with the support team.

Atomisers (RDA, RTA, Tanks, Rebuildables of any other type, Pods, Cartomisers, Coils): Atomisers are covered under a dead on arrival warranty. If you have an issue with an atomiser purchased from Riverside Distribution Ltd T/A Vapour Depot, you must let the support team know within 14 days of receiving your order.

Lithium Ion Battery Warning

CAUTION: when working with Li-ion cells, they are very sensitive to charging characteristics and may explode if mishandled. User should have enough knowledge on Li-Ion rechargeable batteries in charging, discharging, and assembly before use.

Put the batteries in fire-proof container.

Never leave batteries unattended when charging or while in use.

Do not put batteries on wood surface or carpet when charging.

Make sure to charge in Fire-Proof container.

We are not responsible for damage of any modification to the batteries in form or shape.

We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or mishandling of theses Li-Ion batteries.

Shipping

The products will be sent via Royal Mail, where available. Postage costs are charged flat rate per order. If for any reason, act of god or otherwise, that the goods cannot be sent using our standard delivery method, we will also attempt to use the next most comparable delivery service. Make sure your shipping address is in English only. Please do not include any Russian, Czech, Spanish, German, French or other local characters in addresses. This may delay processing time.

Free Gift / Free Item Requirements

From time to time we may offer a free gift, item, e Liquid or otherwise as an incentive to complete a purchase.

We reserve the right to withdraw promotional offers at any time and any abuse of the system may result in the following:
