We do not run a refurbished vapes range as the product name. What we sell is approved used and pre-owned hardware. If the question is whether a tested, cleaned device with a fault window is worth the money versus new, that is the offer on this page.

Every unit is our own stock. We own it, we test it, we clean it, we photograph it, we put the grade on the listing. We do not buy used kits from customers and we do not flip trade-ins. If a device failed a check, it does not go up.

You get a 30-day guarantee for faults. That is not a full new-kit warranty. It is a fault window on a pre-owned device we have already put through our hands. Report a fault via contact us and we start the return. For a high-end regulated mod that still has life in it, yes — that is worth buying if you want the hardware without new-box money.

What does approved used actually mean?

Approved used means we checked the device before it was listed. Power, buttons, screen, 510, battery door, USB if it has one. Then it is cleaned. Then it is graded. Grade A on the Axis is the honest condition on that listing — not a pretend new box.

Pre-owned and approved used are the names we use in the shop. You will see “refurbished” in search. That query is answered here as the approved-used offer, not as a separate product line and not as a customer trade-in dump.

Pre-owned products come with a 30 day guarantee for faults. Cosmetic marks that were in the photos are not a fault. A device that does not fire, does not charge, or throws a board error that was not disclosed — that is a fault. Contact us and we start the return.

Keep the device as listed. Do not send it back soaked, smashed, or with a different 510 on it and expect the same window. We tested it before it left. We will test it if it comes back.
