All orders made on the Vapour Depot Limited website will be subject to delivery costs, unless you meet the criteria for free shipping.
When we refer to working days, these are the days in which orders are processed and dispatched. Our orders are processed Monday to Friday, not including back Holidays. No orders are dispatched on Saturdays or Sundays.
Orders are sent within 2 working days. 90% of orders are sent same day if ordered before 2pm. This does not apply to orders containing concentrates or Mystery Box / Juice Box.
Please allow a total of 3 working days processing time as the processing times stated are our averages, however during busy periods it can take a little longer.
Mystery Box / Juice Box orders are dispatched in around 3 – 5 days after we receive your reply to our Likes/Dislikes questionnaire
UK Delivery Charges:
Orders for delivery within the UK are charged based on package size.
For items that are classes as Large Letter items (see below) the following shipping rates apply:
Royal Mail Standard: £1.20
Royal Mail 1st Class: £1.50
1st Class Recorded: £2.50
Royal Mail Standard shipping is available free on all Large Letter orders over £15
All other orders will be deemed to be Parcel sized. The following shipping rates will apply:
Royal Mail Standard: £2.50
Royal Mail 1st Class: £3.50
1st Class Recorded: £4.50
Royal Mail Standard shipping is available free on all Parcel orders over £30
Goods are shipped within the time lines state in the ‘Processing Times’ section.

If any item outside of the above is included in your order, this will change the order package size to parcel which will be charged at the parcel rate.
Split Package & Large Orders
On some larger orders, we may split your orders into two packages (or your items may ship from two of our locations depending on stock). In this situation you will only be charged one shipping free.
Please note, sometimes when making a payment using Paypal, the funds may be sent as an ‘eCheque’. Vapour Depot Limited do not have any control over this. If your order is processed via eCheque, the order will not ship until the funds have cleared.

EU & International Delivery:
We currently ship to the following countries:

As of 16.05.18, we now ship to Bulgaria, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg again.
Shipping is flat rate £4.00 via Non Tracked Service. Tracked Delivery is a flat rate of £9.00. Please note that Standard Non Tracked shipping may not be available to all countries. We will send by Royal Mail Airmail in all cases, this should result in your local or national postal service delivering the package.
Royal Mail Tracked shipping is available free on all International orders over £100.
Countries in Europe should arrive in 5 working days in most cases, however please allow up to 10 working days.
Countries outside of Europe should take 7 – 14 working days, however please allow 21 days to account for postage delays.
Update 03/11/2016: Due to the number of returned and lost parcels, we no longer ship to Turkey. This may be reviewed in the future, however at this time we cannot ship any products to Turkey.
Returned / Rejected Packages:
In some circumstances packages may be returned to us. Reason can include:
- Customs Rejection
- Incorrect / Incomplete Address
- Packages not collected from Mail Centre
If a package is returned to as it could not be delivered, we reserve the right to wait for the package to arrive back with us before the order is resent.
Please note, we will reship an order once at our own cost. If the issue persists and the package has to be shipped a third time the customer will be liable for the shipping cost and any subsequent attempts.
Delivery to a non Residential address:
We will send your order to the address stated under the shipping address of your order. If you have chosen for the goods to be sent/shipped to a non Residential address (such as a work address or a public locker) then this is solely at the risk of the customer. Vapour Depot Limited will not be held liable for any missing packages delivered to a non Residential address, once delivery confirmation has been obtained from Royal Mail (or any other shipping provider used).
Usage of Mail Forwarders:
Vapour Depot Limited reserve the right to cancel any orders using mail forwarding services.
Free Worldwide Shipping Offer:
Vapour Depot Limited offer free Tracked shipping worldwide on qualifying orders. To qualify for free shipping, your cart total after any discounts must be over £100. We reserve the right to withdraw or revise the free shipping offer at any time.
If you place an order which is for a pre-release product or an out of stock item, which we are taking back-orders for, the full cost will be taken at point of checkout. All products ordered will be sent once all items are in stock and not split over multiple shipments. Will provide communications to keep you informed while your order is outstanding.
Customs and Importation:
If you are ordering from outside of the European Union, you will be liable for customs and/or importation fees. These fees are completely out of our control and are set by your Country’s Government. Any fees relating to importation of goods are soley at the customers expense and Vapour Depot Limited are not liable for any of these charges.
We regularly check the rules and laws for different countries, however because we allow shipping to a country does not necessarily mean that the products that you have purchased are legal in your country of residence. We assume, that before you place an order, you know which laws apply to the goods you are purchasing and you are complying with said laws.
Finally, any goods which are refused by your Country’s customs/import department will only be refunded once they are received back to us, less the postage costs which were applied to your order. Additionally, if any of the goods have been opened or damaged then a surcharge may be deducted from your refund.
What to do if you do not receive your order:
Please understand that some courier/postage delays are out of our control and that we continuously monitor the reliability of the delivery companies that we use so that we can provide the best service for our customers.
PLEASE NOTE – IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT ON THE INVOICE YOU RECEIVE. WHEN USING THE ONSITE CHECKOUT, WE DO NOT PULL ANY ADDRESS INFORMATION FROM PAYPAL OR OTHER PAYMENT PROVIDERS – ONLY WHAT IS PROVIDED TO US AT CHECKOUT.
Your address will only be pulled from PayPal when using the PayPal express option (selecting the PayPal logo at checkout rather then using the payment provider selection)
