Christmas 2017 Opening and Posting Times

It’s that time of year again! Christmas is creeping up quickly so it’s time to talk about Opening and Posting Times. The following information is based off the Royal Mail Latest Posting Dates document. Please note that the below times and dates are only a guide and we cannot 100% guarantee delivery before Christmas unless the Special Delivery option is selected (UK only).

Middlesbrough Store Opening Times:

• Our Middlesbrough store will be open as usual (Weekdays 9am – 3pm) until and including Friday December 22nd
• The store will be closed on December 23rd, 24th, 25th and 26th
• The store will be open as usual on December 27th, 28th and 29th
• The store will then be closed on December 30th, 31st and January 1st 2018
• The store will be open as usual from 9am on January 2nd 2018

Post Collection Days:

We will be processing orders on the same days in which our Middlesbrough store is open.

• Final Post Collection before Christmas is Friday 22nd December
• Post Collections will be business as usual on December 27th, 28th and 29th.
• Post Collection will be back to normal as of Tuesday 2nd of January 2018.

UK Christmas Post Cutoffs:

In order to receive your order before Christmas you will need to order within the below timeframes.

• Order by 12pm on Wednesday 20th December for orders sent by First Class Delivery (Free for orders over ?30)
• Order by 12pm on Thursday 21st December for orders sent by UK Tracked Delivery
• Order by 12pm on Friday 22nd December for orders sent by Special Delivery (will be sent as Saturday Guaranteed)

International Christmas Post Cutoffs:?

In order to receive your order before Christmas you will need to order within the below timeframes. Please note, if you country is not listed below then it is now unlikely you will receive your order before December 25th.

• Order by 12pm on Wednesday 13th December for orders to Czech Republic, Germany, Italy and Poland
• Order by 12pm on Thursday 14th December for order to Canada, Finland, Sweden and USA
• Order by 12pm on Friday 15th of December for order to Austria, Denmark, Iceland, Portugal, Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg

Mystery Box and Juice Box Orders:

Due to the custom nature of our Juice Box and Mystery Box products. Orders for these products must be placed by Midnight Sunday 10th of December in order for them to be received before Christmas.
